4 Ways to Overcome the Red Cross on a Laptop / Computer WiFi


1. Check WiFi Network

Sometimes, the unrecognized red cross on the netbook's wifi is caused by an unstable wireless bond or a problem. If you get this cross sign, then the first thing you can do is check internet access on wifi. What are the signs of a glowing internet connection? If the bond sign doesn't glow, there could be a problem causing a red cross and you're not connected to the internet.

The second trigger that allows it to appear red cross on the netbook's wifi is your location away from wifi ties. If your location is far from the wifi placed, of course, the signal does not reach your netbook. Therefore, you can move to a place where the signal can be reached, or choose another nearby wifi connection.


2. Make sure the WiFi Netbook is On

The red cross on the netbook's wifi can also be caused by a broken link. The netbook's wifi sometimes turns off or turns off by itself, which results in not connecting to the internet.

4. Install WiFi Drivers
