Starting from the first creation of the universe and every material that makes the universe continues to be explored by several astronomers and researchers. But, what about the end of the universe? Like whether in the end, the universe is still a divine mystical.

Some researchers have long sought theories around how the universe will end. Although all are still in the form of estimates, each of these theories certainly has a rational scientific basis. There are many theories about the end of the universe. 1. Alpha and Omega

About an era ago, some astronomers assumed that the Milky Way Galaxy was the entire universe. Cosmos looks static and will be the same. Then, when Albert Einstein discovered his theory of relativity, he witnessed a strange sign. The similarity of the theory of relativity shows that if the universe is moving, it either expands or decreases.

It did not take long for several other astronomers to understand and agree with Einstein's claims. Then, when Edwin Hubble carefully calculated the movement of the galaxies around the Milky Way, he showed that these galaxies were moving away.

In the end, humanity has found that the universe is blooming. Witnessing the evidence of this expansion, in the end, reveals that all of the universes might end up going bankrupt on their own, or remain reborn forever.

2. Big Crunch

In 1922, the Russian physicist and mathematician Alexander Friedmann created a set of similarities called Friedmann similarities. This calculation shows that the destiny of the universe is determined by its density. The universe can expand or shrink; not in a constant state. With enough matter, gravity would eventually stop the expansion of the cosmos.

In the 1960s and 1970s, when astronomers added up all the matter in the universe they could find, they calculated there was enough mass that the cosmos would eventually collapse and all matter would be pulled into a super-dense state, or into a singularity like a black hole. This theory is known as the Big Crunch theory.

3. Big Rip

The universe is expanding because there is a mysterious form of energy known as dark energy. Every year, this dark energy causes the development movement to increase. This expansion is predicted to continue indefinitely until galaxies, stars, planets, and matter cannot re-unite themselves. At some point, all this material will separate.

This theory is called the Big Rip. Whether this theory will actually happen depends on the density of the crisis, i.e. the value of the boundary between an open mode that develops forever and a closed mode that collapses back to its original form.

According to Robert Caldwell, a theoretical physicist from Dartmouth College, if the Big Rip did happen, it could happen in about 22 billion years. At that time, the sun had changed from a red giant star to a white color.

4. Big Freeze

Another well-known scenario regarding the end of the universe is Big Freeze. In this theory, the universe continues to expand at an ever-increasing rate. When this happens, the heat spreads throughout the room and makes the galaxies, stars, and planets farther apart. Everything can be so far away that light from distant stars and galaxies can never reach it.

Eventually, planets, stars, and galaxies will be taken so far away that the stars will lose access to the raw materials needed for star construction, causing the starlight to be extinguished for good. Then, the temperature of the universe can become colder from day to day until the temperature in the entire universe reaches absolute 0. At absolute 0 all movement stops. Since there is no energy so nothing can exist in such a place even though.

This is the point at which the universe reaches its maximum state of entropy. If this theory holds true, the universe could become a coffin containing the remnants of some dead stars.

5. Big Slurp

This is a theory that only existed a few years ago after the discovery of the true character of the Higgs Boson, namely the particle that plays a role in giving mass to elementary particles. In this theory, if the Higgs Boson particle has a weight at a certain mass, it can show that the vacuum of our universe is probably not inherently constant.

If this is true, then our universe may experience a disaster when bubbles from other universes exist in our universe. If this bubble existed in a lower energy state than our bubble, the universe could be completely eliminated. Anyway, that would make all the protons in every matter in our universe decay.

To be sure, all these theories look downright scary when you think about them. However, you don't need to be afraid because not one of these events can happen suddenly and is not predicted to happen shortly.
