Areas Claimed by Telkomsel Start Healing Due to Broken Cables
Netgenz - Technology | Telkomsel revealed a list of areas that are starting to recover after internet service problems caused by the disconnection of Java, Sumatra, and Kalimantan (JaSuKa) sea cables at the Batam-Pontianak boundary on Sunday (19/9). According to Telkomsel's Vice President of Corporate Communications, Denny Abidin, he claims that his faction's services are now recovering in some areas after experiencing problems with the submarine cable communication mechanism. "The affected have returned to normal, especially in the operational areas of Pamuka, East Java, Bali, and Nusa Tenggara," said Denny in recorded information received by CNNIndonesia.com, Wednesday (22/9).

List of areas that are claimed by Telkomsel starting to experience internet connection reconditioning:
- Papua,
- Moluccas,
- Sulawesi,
- Borneo,
- East Java,
- Bali,
- Nusa Tenggara.
Furthermore, Denny said that the internet connection caused by the JaSuKa cable break had not completely healed. However, Telkomsel and TelkomGroup continue to work on reconditioning internet service access in detail in the affected areas. In addition to the affected areas that have problems, according to him, Telkomsel's overall service is running normally and can still be used for telecommunications services, be it telephone, SMS, or the internet.

Denny also apologizes for the inconvenience that has occurred and is grateful for the confidence of loyal consumers using Telkomsel's services.
