1999 in Daegu…
On the bus full of high school kids, an important announcement sounded on the radio. A young man wants to express his love for the girl he likes through a radio broadcast. The girl he has a crush on is named Kang Joo Eun.
Hearing the girl's name, there were still two out-of-sync reactions according to the kids on the bus. The girls seemed annoyed that Kang Joo Eun received another confession of love. Meanwhile, the youths seemed annoyed that the young man on the radio dared to express his love for Kang Joo Eun.

“Kang Joo Eun…” wrote the badge on Joo Eun's uniform.
“Yes, I am Kang Joo Eun. Continue? Watch out if you smoke here again," he grumbled.
The last man wore an athlete's jacket with the words "Korea Swimming". he is a swimmer. He smiled a little and then went home followed by his 2 friends.

The athlete said he arrived from Seoul. Joo Eun suspects the athlete is lying because the championship was originally held in France. But what the athlete meant was that he was from Seoul & Joo Eun wanted to be able to speak with a Seoul accent.
Joo Eun laughed. He asks if the athlete reads Cece's magazine. This is a women's magazine. The athlete smiled & said Joo Eun's dimples are very pretty. Joo Eun held her cheek while laughing shyly.
The swimmer approached Joo Eun and put her gold medal around Joo Eun's neck. He said he was sure something like this would never happen again.
"Because for a man, first love is only for one person... Kang Joo Eun, from today on you, is my first love."
Joo Eun smiled. The athlete said learning the Seoul accent was very difficult, perhaps even as difficult as being a lawyer. Joo Eun shook her head.
“I am Kang Joo Eun, who can do anything as long as I am determined.”
