At the end of April 2018, the famous actor Kim Jae-Wook had received an offer for the main character and he was positively considering the offer to play in the Korean drama "Hand: The Guest". If Kim Jae-Wook accepts then he will play the character of a Catholic priest who is one of the three main characters.

This Korean drama will be done by PD director Kim Hong-Sun who also happens to be working on the popular drama series "Black". Not only that, these two famous actors have previously worked together in making the OCN Korean drama series "Voice" in 2017.

The latest update on August 14, 2018, the drama series are previously known as "Hand: The Guest", has changed its name to "The Guest". The drama “The Guest” depicts the story of a psychic, priest, and detective who struggles against crimes committed by strange forces throughout Korean society. A crime caused by a mysterious power occurs. A psychic, a Catholic priest, and a detective unite against this mysterious force. Yoon Hwa-Pyung, played by Kim Dong-Wook is a psychic/psychic. he was born into an exorcist/shaman family.

Yoon Hwa-Pyung searches for residents who are possessed by evil spirits and tries to expel the evil spirits. while Choi Yoon played by Kim Jae-Wook is a Catholic priest. He is cynical, level-headed, and quiet. He is famous for his exorcist abilities. Kang Kil-Young (Jung Eun-Chae) is a detective. Previously, he did not believe in ghosts/evil spirits. however, his view changed because of Choi Yoon and Yoon Hwa-Pyung.
