HURRICANE SWISS ROLL CAKE

The main ingredient :

  • 2 Whole Eggs
  • 8 egg yolks
  • 100 grams of Oil

  • 160 ml Liquid Milk
  • A pinch of vanilla powder

  • 160 grams Sugar (to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon water (lime juice)
  • Chocolate ingredients
  • 1 teaspoon of purple dye water.





How to make Hurricane Swiss Roll Cake:

  1. Heat the oil until just warm, then add the flour, vanilla, whisk well and then pour in the liquid milk, mix well.
  2. Cool briefly, then add the whole egg, whisk well and the egg yolks one by one, whisk well. Set aside.
  3. In another bowl, pour 1/2 teaspoon of red velvet paste and give 1/3 of the egg yolk mixture then whisk evenly. Set aside.
  4. Beat egg whites, lime juice until fluffy. Then add the sugar gradually and mix until the soft peak stage only.
  5. Take 1/3 of the egg white mixture into the Red dough container, stir with a spatula until evenly distributed, the remaining 2/3 for the remaining egg yolk mixture, stir with a spatula, and mix well
  6. Pour the white dough into a 26cm square tin that has been given baking paper, then pour the red dough onto the surface of the white dough.
  7. Use the end of the spoon handle. Drag the line vertically from the top left to the bottom, and drag it to the right and drag it up again. so on down. Then draw a horizontal line from the top left to the right and continue down, drag another horizontal line to the left, and so on until you're done.
  8. Oven with a temperature of 180 for the first 10 minutes then lower the temperature to 150 degrees Celsius and return to the oven for 20 minutes enough / until cooked (fire up and down).
  9. Give filling according to taste and tightly rolled then store briefly in the refrigerator.
