1. Gorontalo

Binte Biluhuta is a typical Gorontalo food. This food is also called milu siram because it is made from milu (local language means corn). This food is made from corn, shrimp, half-aged coconut, star fruit, green onions, basil, shallots, lime.
2. North Sulawesi

Tinutuan Porridge Culinary |
Tinutuan or Manado Porridge is a typical Indonesian food from Manado, the capital of North Sulawesi. Tinutuan is a mixture of various kinds of vegetables, does not contain meat. Tinutuan is usually served for breakfast along with a variety of complementary dishes.

Gohu Ikan is one of Ternate's specialties. The mention must be complete: gohu fish. You see, if it is only called gohu, it means young papaya salad which is also popular in North Sulawesi. Tarakan Seafood Culinary |
North Kalimantan, especially the city of Tarakan is famous for seafood. One that is worth a try is the Soka Crab. We can eat this crab in all parts of its body. Soka crab has a softshell so it can be eaten. These crabs can also be made for snacks or crackers.
