  • 4 eggs, beaten off
  • 400 grams of bamboo shoots, sliced ​​gently
  • 2 tablespoon sweet soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • 4 teaspoons of cooking oil, make a stir


Sauce Ingredients for Serving Spring Rolls:


  • 2 garlic clove, puree
  • 600 ml of water
  • 100 grams of brown sugar, comb / finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 4 tablespoons of corn starch and 1 tablespoon of water, dissolve it to thicken the sauce

  1. Heat the cooking oil in a frying pan, first saute the mixture of garlic and shrimp until it smells good. Enter the shrimp and chicken. Stir until it changes color. Set aside the side of the pan.
