HOW TO MAKE RENDANG (PADANG):
- Boil coconut milk with ground spices and other ingredients. Stir constantly so that the coconut milk does not break until it thickens and the oil comes out.
- Enter the meat, cook over medium heat until tender, stirring constantly so that it cooks evenly. If you want to turn it dark, reduce the heat.
