- 10 tablespoons sweet soy sauce.

- 6 spring onions.
- 2 turmeric segment.
- 2 tablespoon coriander.
- 6 (Kepayang).
- 2 teaspoon pepper.

- 100 grams of boiled red beans.
How to Make Sop Konro:
- Boil beef ribs with cinnamon, bay leaves, galangal, cloves, tamarind water, and salt until tender.
- Then saute the mashed spices with lime leaves until fragrant.
